I love the oils & their service is EXCELLENT. Of course if they just made their website a bit easier it would decrease the small issues that can happen, but their service makes up for it. And the quality is amazing & I love that they nurture the environment and culture in the meantime.

Amazing company with excellent customer service and great products!

I was due to join a group to find out about Do terra. After messaging Niel to say I didn't join as had doubts his reply was 'ha ha' very professional. He then blocked me before I could reply.. Definitely not a company I'd like to work for and if that's how they respond to people they are trying to recruit.. My guess is its a scam

I ordered two weeks ago and money are taken from my account, but I haven’t received anything.
Only possible to contact the company via e-mail, and the ‘automatic’ reply I get is that order has shipped??
I do not recommend this company

The Yarrow/pom is the ultimate.

Company is also very concious of environment. They made a neat shift away from bubblewrap to recycled but well structured aper. If you see a 1star lady of 9April, its simply because she doesnt understand the goal and values, or how long her bubblewrap leaves a footprint on the earth. I looooove the new packaging. I think it supports the mission.

I normally don't leave a bad review. Received my order today and wasn't happy. The bottle of essential oil was wrapped in paper. Poorly wrapped. Do better.

Just the best healing oils on the planet, each person is an individual consultant and offer invaluable advice and knowledge about the products. no pressure to buy just helpful information. can not recommend enough :)

Not only are the products massively overpriced but please also note that this is a pyramid scheme. I was convinced to sign up but changed my mind within hours of signing up so contacted them. I was told that it was too late (less than 3 hours had passed!!) and my parcel had already been dispatched. The parcel was delivered a few days later despite me repeatedly telling them that I wasn’t interested. I now had to pay for the parcel to be returned and wait for a refund. Funny enough they weren’t nearly as quick to refund the money as they were to process an incoming order. Stay away from this American company. If you want good quality oils, go for a reputable UK supplier that provide customer service.

The company is just ran by a bunch of salesman and suits.
The company crawled out of questionable circumstances when a few of the suits quit and stole information from another company. DoTerra is a poor copy of the company they stole from.
The company has a thin offering of products. They pretend to have the purest oils which is false. They don't have in-house expertise for farming and distillation practices relying wholly upon the farmers they hire. The distillation practices used by some of their hired farmers are questionable.
DoTerra's so called in-house doctor "expert," is just a chiropractor who pretends expertise. His natural health and essential oil training is from a few years working for Young Living Essential Oils.

The delivery time can vary from time to time but it’s totally worth it!!

Love this brand！The The essential oil is "magic"! Once I have had a headache in the morning, I feel so sick, my BF's mother take out some mixing essential oil squeeze around my face, it was so comfortable. After 1-2 hours, the headache was gone. I recommend it!

My honest experience is that I have subscribed to a Do Terra Group from my birth country Romania. The admin of that group is a psychopath who gives advice to people and invents information about medical issues.

Would highly recommend, Very positive experiences with the oils.

These oils have changed my life, and the customer service is incredible. I'm always able to get a prompt response and my issues are always fixed almost immediately

This product can be very dangerous to you, please use with caution and seek actual medical help if your medical situation becomes severe. There is no proven connection between diseases being cured and essential oils. Please do research that does not contain searching on facebook vefore applying anywhere on your body

The company has a generous compensation package, and their generosity around the world is legendary. They're changing lives in every area of the world, their Healing Hands Foundation is top quality.

Before doTERRA I researched other companies but felt they were the best for my situation.

Excellent customer service.. Recently contacted as a product had been discontinued. Apology received instantly and a recommendation put forward to have it reinstated. They were polite curtious and couldn't do enough to help. The products are amazing!
