THREE MONTHS OF EMAILS TO FINALLY GET REFUND…

Ordered a rug LAST YEAR and it never arrived. EIGHTEEN emails later, and a bunch of lies saying ‘it’s on the way’, only to FINALLY receive a refund three months after purchasing because I started messaging their adds on social media and complaining instead. I will NEVER go back. They told me multiple times my order way on the way with express shipping and it was a complete lie.

Paid $1,832. Goods never arrived. Then they tried to charge me more. Then ghosted.

Ordered two items listed as "In Stock. Ready to Ship." Six business days later they still hadn't shipped — already past their own published 2-day window.
Then it got worse.
Fourteen days after I paid, they emailed asking for an extra $274.28 on top of the $450 shipping I'd already paid at checkout — blaming an internal calculation error. A completed, paid transaction. Their mistake, my problem apparently.
I refused. The goods still haven't arrived. No tracking link. Ever. The 10-business-day delivery window has passed.
Four emails. Three days. Multiple contacts. Their own website promises a 2-hour response.
Complete radio silence. Ghosted.
This isn't a business that makes mistakes. It's a business that goes quiet the moment something goes wrong.
Formal dispute lodged under Australian Consumer Law. ACCC complaint to follow.
Don't walk. Run.

Order not received, limited communications, does not seem legitimate company

The company initially appeared legitimate, however I now have serious concerns. I placed an order a month ago and, despite repeated assurances that the rug has been dispatched, it has not arrived. Communication has consisted of ongoing email exchanges, explanations for delays, and the provision of multiple consignment notes that have not resulted in delivery.

The company has my payment (a significant amount), but I have not received the product. I am also concerned by the lack of alternative contact options: there is no phone number listed, I cannot find a verifiable physical business presence, and the website chat function appears inactive continuously.

I have requested a refund but I'm worried I won't get it. Based on my experience, I would urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this company. I have also seen reviews on Facebook with others experiencing the same.
