Attempt to download notifications just-and system failed. Unable to download. This seems to happen often when attempting to download credits...what's the DEAL!

I have been playing this game for over 15 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I am hardly ever winning any chips never hitting bonus rounds. I can spin 10 to 20 times and not even hit on anything. I will end up Just not playing. I’m not sure if it is rigged or what but this started over a month ago and it’s Absolutely insane. Come on be honest with us. What did you guys do??????

I have been playing DoubleDown every day for literally years. It was just a fun hour or two waiting for the snow to melt so I can get back out to the golf course. After the holidays, it became harder and harder to win anything. I am not a big better, but would hit something nice and enough to maintain my balance but now, literally absolutely nothing! Even if you do get a bonus, which have become few and far between, it pays just an absolute minimum. It used to be a fun on-line casino to play but not any longer. By reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who has noticed the difference. I understand profit and loss but if they don't improve, more players will drop off and their profits certainly won't improve. If you have unlimited funds to buy chips all the time, I'm sure it makes no difference at all to you but those of us that don't have, lost what used to be very entertaining. I still love the casino and will play with the chips I have and cross my fingers that maybe, just maybe, it will loosen up a bit.

I have always played Journey and am not able to get it anymore. Could you please make this available again

Wished I read the reviews before signing up. It sucks. I was awarded 1M and with a few bonuses I got another M. But then it went away quickly and they let you play a for fun game which doesn't really get you much and it's only 1 game. If you get up to where you can meet a min bet on the regular games, they switch until your below the amount for the lowest bet. WAS SO BORING. I won't go back in.

I have played this site for years, but it's changed, and now you cannot win. Recently, I bet 2.5 billion on one of their slot machine, "Journey Contests." I cleared 11 stages and won 345,000 dollars, then my "Reward" for playing was sent to me for $30,000 which I had to claim in 24 hours or lose it. A 2 billion dollar loss and all they give me is 30K? It looks like their odds on the slots are less than 40%, which means that for every 1,000 chips you bet, you get 400 back as winners. Vegas pays better than 90%; this is a complete ripoff and unenjoyable.

I have been playing games for a long time on Double Down Casino online. It went from great to awful practically overnight. Have they rigged the machines so that you can't win any longer? It has never been that way before, but now I am going to have to find a site where games are fun and plentiful instead of sitting for hours at a time watching my chips dwindle away.

Since IGT sold the site double down is no fun anymore and sucks your money out of your wallet as fast as it can. Example: I have been dealt a losing hand 38 times in a row while doubling down each time while playing blackjack and that's mathematically impossible. I'm finding somewhere else to play.

Once you buy Chips, they make you lose very Quicly,so you make more deposit.
They make millions, without giving not a penny away.

I had 130,000 chips playing Lobstermania. Went to bed and there was only 13,900 in the morning. This happened same day after Double Down prompted for my email. Run away ... do not play!

I have been playing this game for years and their algorithms or whatever has changed drastically. YOU CAN'T WIN. They make you keep buying chips and the games are setup to loose. In 10 years I have only hit 1 jackpot. I am done with these greedy bastards!!!

What's with the daily 10,000 reward disappearing frequently? I access and use DD almost daily. Within the last several months the accumulated daily reward disappears when I know I was on DD the day before. The frequency of loss is about weekly. Internet searches mention a relatively recent 24-hour time frame. Frankly, that is stupid; anytime within the day should be fine and much easier to manage. This and too many other problems with DD to make it enjoyable.

DoubleDown Casino sucks!! Used to be fun now the more points you accumulate the more you lose I have moved on to better more rewarding games.

When you would go up in rankings you'd get over 10,000,000 probably closer to 30,000,000 now you get 3,000,000. Getting worse and worse. I guess they are trying to get rid of customers. Plus you get a bonus which consists of free spins. You'd be very lucky to win points on 3 spins,why give so many spins,if your only paying on 30% MAYBE. Come on, I'm serious your driving customers away.

I was playing and accumulated 800 thousand points turned my I-pad off and went to bed. Next morning turned it on to play and now my points are in the hundreds I have spent a lot of money on this game what happened????? This is so disappointing to me. I think it’s to my best interest to find a new game.

all they want you to do is buy chips. Their daily bonuses are much less than other online sites and once you do win a decent amount then leave because you wont win again. Its a game for Pete's sake
