Was looking for a window and door repairer came across Nic who went above and behind to fix a number of doors for us nothing too much trouble even fitted us in due to a cancellation on a Sat. First class job incredible knowledge and a all round nice guy will keep him in my address book and highly recommend.

Nic was recommended by a neighbour and we are so pleased he was. He has a very nice manner with excellent service,quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. So nice to have someone turn up when they say they will. Thankyou Nic

We were so pleased with the service we received when we had a misted window replaced in December, at a very reasonable price, we asked him back to replace two misted leaded units and to adjust all the windows and front door which he had advised us would reduce traffic noise and draughts. We live on a busy main road and it has made a noticeable difference.
We have received excellent service. He is punctual, professional with attention to detail and has a very pleasant manner.

Offered free advice on how to check the windows and when he method did show an issue, he said he could attend a few days later. He did actually come round the next day on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated and did an great job for a very reasonable price.

He also noticed my front door was sticking and offered to adjust it. Did another great job.

Guy came round with short notice, fixed the lock door closes fine. Good price

Upglaze completely refurbished and insulated a bay window to blend with modern new kitchen installation. Result far exceeded expectation. Since then have had sliding door rehung/new lock, dropped door adjustments, 19 misted plain & patterned units replaced and a w/frame air vent. Done during a heatwave by a punctual, calm operative with an obvious interest in good results. Will use again next time.
