Crap communication from Dough re me.

Ordered on Tuesday, dispatched on Thursday for a Friday delivery.
Then one email saying it will arrive Friday likely by 11.30am. It didn’t. Then communicate goes silent. Refuse to get back to me.
I think don’t offer a service you can’t deliver on.

Fabulous

Fabulous! Ordered through Virgin experience days. Everything was perfect from the delivery to the instructions to the ingredients! A really fun evening with a quality kit! Nice to do something different! Can't wait to re order!

Great Pizza Kit and Customer Service

I recently posted a negative review because I had issues with the dough. Vicky from dough-re-me got in touch to help resolve the issue either via refund or replacement.

On investigation, my original issue was unfortunately due to a delivery error, the package was not sent in a refrigerated van - through no fault of dough-re-me - which caused the dough to overprove and become unusable.

Given that meant I was unable to properly experience the product, I opted for a replacement. I’m so pleased I did, the second batch of dough was perfect, the instructions were simple to follow and the pizzas were delicious! I’m pleased to be able to amend this review to reflect the product, and if you’re looking for a pizza kit I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Also, the cookie dough both times was delicious - I only wish there was more! Haha.

I can't recommend Dough Re-Me enough

I can't recommend Dough Re-Me enough! The whole process was so easy from ordering, delivery to making the pizzas. I'm no chef but even I was surprised at how amazing the pizzas turned out. Its one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten and its so reasonably priced.
