Absolutely amazing very yummy indeed all I recommend when hot weather and long journeys may be make peoples aware when order long distances on delivery obviously was very hot weather they did come melt but saved us putting in microwave and was eaten same day

First time ordering from you so got a couple different things to try....absolutely amazing...everything is so good and tasty. The wonky boxes are fab and great value for money. Will certainly order again.

The cookies themselves were absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the delivery and packaging were really disappointing and clearly unsuitable for warmer weather. All of our cookies arrived melted, which was very frustrating.

I appreciate that you included coolers in the packaging, but they had completely melted by the time the order arrived. I think a courier service with temperature-controlled or more appropriate handling would make much more sense for these products, particularly during the warmer months.

It’s a shame because the cookies were genuinely so nice, but the delivery experience really let them down.

Whilst what was delivered was good, it was late, well not late, because you don't actually guarantee anything regarding a timed delivery. The whole "Preferred delivery date" is killing your ratings, you must be seeing that?. Ditch that entirely, get it right and use a delivery service that can guarantee a delivery and can be tracked properly. But, you don't need me or all those unhappy customers who are buying gifts for a particular date to tell you that, you should have been implementing this as soon as you saw this was your main driver of "dissatisfaction" not telling people it is "what they agreed to" before purchasing. Good luck with your business going forward.

Really amazing product, looks and tastes amazing. Would have been 5 stars but although each slice is individually wrapped, the actual postal box was not great and had one small cooler pack inside and as it is summer that wasn’t sufficient but I would 100% buy from here again

Send as a gift & I was told they were delicious. Arrived promptly & safely. Would use again, also reasonably priced.

We ordered 12 cookie pie slices as an alternative to a birthday cake and it was incredible. 4 stars may actually be harsh but only marked it down slightly as not all the flavours were available that we wanted to try! It was really well packaged, the slices are HUGE and delicious, good value for money. Would recommend and would order again.

Me and my boyfriend ordered these nearly 2 weeks ago they claimed they shipped out last week and they have not at all Royal Mail still haven’t received, claim they ship out within a few days nd they do not absolute joke of a company I would avoid and we wont be back, aswell as they’re customer service absolutely terrible

Yummy pies so easy to order and fast delivery

I was disappointed that my order was not dispatched until the day after my preferred delivery date I had chosen, which meant it was late for the occasion I had ordered it for.

Also there were no ice packs to keep the product fresh, so my order was quite melted when it arrived due to the hot weather.

The product itself is great and tasty, but I don’t think I will be using this service again.

The cookie pie slices are absolutely amazing, I couldn’t recommend them more! Stick them in the microwave for 30 seconds to get some of that chocolate melted. Great service! Great Delivery! Great Deserts!
