The official website shows it may take 1-2 to delivery the item but it actually took almost half a month to get the bag

I ordered the mini macaroon in chestnut but was sent the rose one. I contacted the company by email, followed up by a phone call and they were very helpful and said the correct bag would be sent out that day to arrive the next working day. I followed up 3 days later and asked for a tracking number but had no reply. It’s been 12 days since that email, the bag hasn’t arrived and I’ve followed up with numerous emails and still no response. Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Given 2 stars rather than 1 as the bag I did receive is good quality and I would have given 5 if the correct bag had arrived and the service was better.

Still no news about my order UK9775. I got a call (minutes after I complained on their inbox) saying that I had to change the bag color because the one I wanted wasn't available. Done that and so far no updates on my order. Not even a shipped update!! That's a freaking joke

The bag was bought for my daughter who reports, "5/5 for sure!! Very nice bag, holds my shopping just right!" Trust me, this is high praise.
