Really good quality bag, I can tell this will last a very long time. I’ve had it 2 weeks now and used it every day when out and about with my 2 small children. It can hold so much and is a perfect size for day trips. Love all of the different compartments inside and the fact that it is waterproof is a big bonus. It’s really tough and robust, worth the price tag, love love love it!

The bag arrived really quickly and I absolutely love it. It's really amazing quality. Only thing I would say is, I sent an email to them asking a question and never got a response so, maybe try working on replying to your customers.

The bag is of amazing quality and is the perfect size for university. Just to take my laptop some pens, a book, and my textbook, it all fits perfectly. It's also extremely comfortable my textbook is 2.5kg alone and I cant even feel it on the walk to uni.

The bag was delivered within 48 hours with a shipping notification less than a day after I ordered, which is fantastic for free shipping. Im so happy with this bag. If you’re hovering between this and the Kanken - I would recommend this. The fabric is thicker, there’s way more pockets and compartments, and it overall feels sturdier. The foam in the straps of the bag make it so much comfier to use. It’s also beautiful. My one gripe is I wish the front pocket was a bit easier to access and sealed with a zip top. However, the straps do have a popper rather than needing to unbuckle, and the pocket is deep enough that I don’t think this will be an issue. (And obviously, the straps are way more aesthetically pleasing than a zip!)

Very quick delivery, I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast O got the backpacks. Both were Macaroons - one classic and one mini - I have to say, they're much more comfortable than Kanken which I've used for a few years and also much more sturdy, great internal pockets. Overally I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I use it everyday, it's the perfect size! It has loads of different compartments too which means people like myself who bring everything but the kitchen sink with them can be organised with their items, much better than any competitors!

Doughnut responded quickly to our emailed query and kept in touch to check our order went through ok. The bag arrived within advertised delivery time to a remote location. The bag was well packed, arrived in one piece and made it for one child's first day back at school, a nice bag and well made. It will get a very hard usage, it looks like it will do fine!

Love this little bag! I bought this one for my daughter, I already have one and it is so useful, big enough to fit everything in but nice and small.
