I sent my CV to Gareth, who then discussed an available position with me over the phone. He sent my CV off and arranged an interview for the next week. He was helpful in assisting with rearranging due to childcare and then helped to arrange my second interview quickly. Gareth was available every step of the way and updated me as much as possible, he was always open to answering and questions I had too. He called to update me even when there was no update from the employer and then called with great news of a job offer late on a Friday afternoon. He even responded to a text message from the employer at 8pm, which shows his commitment to his role!
