Excellent professionals, value for money service

Hired a tiler.
Started the work and damaged our floors and poorly installed the mosaic tiles.
Contacted Douleutaras many time's about the work and each time they said they sent an email in response, which we never received over several months, leaving our family of four (children 8-10) with no bathroom all this time! Douleutaras now claim that he “died” and therefore nothing can be done …. Funny thing is we spoke with him up until a week ago! But, they are now saying as he died they won’t refund our money and the guarantee is worthless…. Seems in many cases to be the case! Turns out that the BS 10,000€ guarantee is only on work over 100,000€….. stay away from this company as they don’t care about you or your family, only your money!!!!
