Unreliable, slow and Unresponsive

I had a the worst experience in dealing with this company and almost lost my property! At the beginning of the process the agent was very confident that I had enough time to obtain a mortgage. However in the end we had to move 3 deadlines for completion. The agent did not offer any follow ups or timely help in dealing with the bank and if I did not have an excellent broker and lawyer I would have lost my property due to this company. I would NOT recommend to use them, especially if you are a foreigner looking to get help in Lisbon. I am very disappointed and dealing with this company caused me a great deal of stress and financial loss!

Would never recommend

Maybe I got unlucky with my mediator but this is certainly the worst 'professional' service I've ever encountered - extremely unresponsive and hands-off. 0 support/effort except for an introduction to a bank. There are much better independent mortgage brokers out there in Portugal.
