Do not use - stealing your data
Do not use, shady company like all the other reviews said. Requested my account deletion based on what some of these reviews said around stealing funds and the support team didn’t even argue against these claims.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

So many times I’ve been unable to access this app when attempting to make trades and missed critical buy/sell transactions because of this.
My recommendation is to steer well and truly clear of this incompetence!
Douugh is an absolute scam!
I had sold some shares. And now I cannot see that money or the remaining shares in my account. They have deactivated my account and all the money and shares have disappeared.
Be careful! Total scam!!
Don't use them. Takes aaaaaaages to fix basic bugs, I needed to get my money and it took 2+ weeks. I left the app.
The app is really easy to use, and when stumbling on an issue, Joe in the customer support team was so helpful.
Long time to fix system issues, back and forth regarding transferring funds and why it isn’t working. Also tad worrying, no options for deleting bank details? So it stays on the app, might need to call them to change that or ask them to delete your bank details.
Dough must be ran by thieves because as soon as I activated my card and added money to the account I tried to go to the store and the money was taken out. I dont like this bank. No customer service number to call to dispute the fraudulent charge. Signing up for this bank is a lose lose because once they take money from you, you won't even be able to reach them to get your money back. I would leave 1,00 more bad reviews if I could because this bank is really trash. Who ever runs this BS is sheisty and yall some thieves. Stealing people money yall need yall ass beat.
I was unable to make a deposit for 2 weeks because it's impossible to link Chase account on iOS app and after Douugh withdrew money from my bank account they asked me to take ID photos which is huge privacy concern for me. No any phone customer support, everything looks very sketchy. At this point I just want to retrieve access to my funds and WARN everybody else who want to open account at Douugh.
Douugh has taken $1500 out of my account that I instant transferred stating that it violated instant trasfer limits of 1000 per day. They have stated they charged back the money to my cash app but it has been a month and i have been without this money. They have poor customer support and very shady banking policies. Beware
Love it! Really helps me manage my money. Looking forward to them launching the ability to invest in stocks.
The beta has been excellent. Being able to use different jars for my savings has been great.
