Fantastic experience with Dovetail…
Fantastic experience with Dovetail Mobility.
Their customer service is 2nd to none.
My dad ordered his scooter online and it was delivered within a couple of days. Unfortunately after a few days, we realised it was a bit too much for him and so enquired about a replacement or refund. Both were offered without any quibble.
Asked Ted if he could source something more suitable... it sourced and delivered within a week and that down to me delaying delivery. Must add, that we live at the other end of the country as well.
Could not recommend highly enough.

Update hopefully will be fixed/// Trust pilots box in the way.
I had not seen everything I wanted to but had to review on here because the review box was in the way and wouldn't close. Very annoying. But as for the mobility scooters they looked OK.
