Very-very good and decent!

From the end-user point of view the Dovico Timesheet program is very stable, easy to use and reliable platform. Possibly, need to increase the number of task rows that can be added to more that 200, and simplify the removal of the added project from active sheet. For example, instead of clicking and removing a row for every individual task, it would be easier to delete the entire group of tasks or even a project just by clicking on its header.

Dovico Timesheet and the people behind it has helped our company grow.

When we started with Dovico 4 years ago we were a small firm of around 12 employees. We used an excel based time capture and Access data base. We had reached the limit of ease of use and had to hire for data input or find a better way. Dovico Timesheet was that better way. Not only did we not hire for data entry but the workload decreased even though our company now has 40 employees. When we did hit snags, the team behind it helped us out amazingly quickly and got us "back to work" as they themselves like to say. And compared to larger systems I had used at previous companies, this was the best "bang for the buck".

Pros:
-Ease of use
-Web based accessible anywhere (great for members of our team that are out of the office)
-Lots of customizing possible
-Safe and Secure with the hosted set up that we have
-Wonderful people to deal with.

Cons:
-Language customization was a problem at first
-No integration with our Simply Accounting software (although we could export to Quick books and then export that to Simply Accounting)
-Reporting at first was not easy to customize but that has gotten a whole lot better.
-it would be nice to have more invoice templates.

Great Time-Tracking Software

We have had Dovico now for several years and are very happy with it. At first we had the software on our server, then last year changed to Dovico host server which we like much better. I would recommend this program to anyone who tracks hours and projects and who also uses Quickbooks for their accounting system. Dovico integrates with Quickbooks very successfully. We have had other timesheet programs and ended up having issues when importing into our Quickbooks. With Dovico, we have no issues at all. Highly recommend this software.

Great product

I like a lot about the software... my only criticism is that there is no option for users to be assigned to projects directly (without first assigning a task to the project, then a user to that task). On that same note, if a project has a number of tasks assigned to it, it would be nice to be able to drag a user group to the project, and for the software to automatically assign the users in the group to all of the project tasks.

Great service and features

I've been with Dovico, first on-prem and now cloud-based, for several years now. I've come to trust and depend on Dovico for myself and my subcontractors, and can enter data anytime and anywhere - on a mobile, on a public kiosk.

Great time tracking software; excellent tech support

Using software since the days it was called Track It. Now using it to track project time; leaves; and expenses. Dovico knows what they are doing.

Suggestion for improvement: ability to put in minus time for time off in lieu of overtime pay.

Practical time management and expenses recording software

A very useful time management system, easy to learn and maintain. The expenses sheets are very workable. Some quirks - eg having to put in full date xx/xx/xxxx rather than being able to put xx/xx and it assuming you mean the current year - but being able to adapt it to business needs is excellent. On-line help and e-mail response very good.

Satisfied

We are satisfied about Dovico. My company can administer all working hours correctly. The uptime is high.
I don't use the new report environment, because I have several custom built reports in the legacy environment that I don't want to lose.

Best Time Tracking Software

I have been using the Dovico Trakit solution for over 15 years. It is user friendly, intuitive, and robust providing the real time and expense data my firm needs. I highly recommend to firms small and large as an economical efficient web based time and expense tracking database.
