I've been with this company for 3 months. The only reason my credit score has changed for the better is I paid off debt. This company has done NOTHING to improve my credit score. I do not recommend. I cancelled but there is no prorated refund for the paid year.

Frustrating 30-Day Account Lock During Dovly Signup – TransUnion Verification Issue with No Workaround
I was excited to sign up for Dovly’s AI credit repair and monitoring service to finally address items on my credit reports. Unfortunately, the onboarding process came to a complete halt at the TransUnion identity verification step.
Dovly’s system indicated that my TransUnion file has a lock or flag from approximately ten years ago. After three unsuccessful verification attempts, I was told my account would be locked for a full 30 days with no option for manual review, document upload, or expedited assistance. Support’s only response was to wait the mandatory period.
While I fully understand the need for strong security measures, this rigid policy leaves legitimate customers completely unable to access any services for an entire month — even when they are prepared to provide additional proof of identity immediately. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from moving forward with credit repair.
I will not be waiting 30 days and am instead resolving the underlying TransUnion issue directly. I hope Dovly will consider adding flexible verification options (such as manual document review) for cases involving legacy flags. Prospective users should be aware that pre-existing TransUnion issues may cause significant onboarding delays.
I have no doubt many users have success with Dovly once past verification, but this experience was deeply disappointing.
