Great Kia dealership. While I bought my Kia Sorento from another dealership in Crewe, Downeys Kia have carried out the servicing since I brought it home.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and to my surprise, for a main dealer, easy to pay with transparent and very reasonable service costs.

Work has always been completed to a high standard and on time. Love my Kia and indeed, love this dealership. They have recently invested in their showroom / service reception area which is a nice new modern and welcoming area.

I have just used Downeys Kia Newtownards to renew my Motability lease and this is the first time that I have used Downeys and I am so glad that I did. Philip, the Motability specialist was a great help to me and explained everything to me and helped me choose a Kia Sportage Pure and I'm very pleased with the car and I am looking forward to driving my new car.

Very professional service from start to finish. My dealings with Downeys were with Robbie. I was there twice, January and July. Everything went as planned as explained clearly by Robbie. On receiving my new motor, Robbie had me connected up and on the road in no time. A great experience.

There was a fault with my car, and I rang on the Wednesday to speak with the service team, they had my car in on the Thursday, part ordered and replaced on the Friday. Absolutely amazing service team, as I needed my car to travel to the South of Ireland for a weeks holiday. Can not fault the team at Downeys, they are a very friendly and understanding team

Quick efficient and pleasant

Robbie was brilliant from start to finish. He went through everything on the car before I left the forecourt.

Booked in to get tyres checked. Had one new tyre fitted. Work was done quickly & the cost was very competitive. Very happy with the service & the staff.
