I've been investing in Downing bonds for the past few years. I find the platform really simple to use, and the range of sectors on offer is very appealing.

I have invested for a number of years with Downing Crowdfunding. The returns are very good and there have been no failures which, given these are higher risk investments for which we receive high returns, is very impressive.
The customer service is proactive with very good levels of communication to keep me updated when there are any issues, and also helpful and prompt in response to queries. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I have invested with Downing for many years and have not been disappointed with my experience of its crowd funding offers, which so far have paid interest and capital back on time. Most of their offers are asset backed with a loan to value of 70% or less.

Admin is good and if there is a problem you can ring up and speak to a person not a robot (Would it were so at banks)

I have used Downing Crowd since 2016 and chose them for a number of reasons but the main one being that they are an experienced investment manager as opposed to many other platforms in this space who have recently been founded and do not have the wealth of experience and resources that Downing do.
