No good on returns
I have been using regular grounding sheets for over 2 years. I had terrible pain in one knee heard about the grounding sheets. They worked the first night on the pain and my sleep improved immediately. I was thrilled and told everyone about how great grounding sheets were. When I heard about your grounding pads I was very happy to not have to buy sheets when they were no longer working. I ordered the bed pad and waited and waited. They do not work. I now have pain in my knee and will go back to the grounding sheets. I looked online to see how to return and found that I could not return if open or used. Very disappointing. How would I know they did not work for me if I do not try them. I'm stuck with a very expensive product that does not work. Very disappointing.

I have chronic pain due to spinal issues that inflame the muscles. After the first night there wasn't any pain. It builds through the day and I manage with over the counter acetaminophen & ibuprofen.
Order came quickly even with the Christmas rush.

Skeptical at first
The first night I tried the mattress pad I fell asleep faster and slept deeper than before. It still happens after 3 weeks. Also I bought it to see if it would help heal my ankle. Which has had Achilles tendinitis for a year. It’s actually going away since I started using this pad. Walking with minimal pain now. Healing slowly and surely. It’s worth the try. Better than taking chemical pain relievers.

Seventeen year neck pain gone...
I have experienced neck pain for the last 17 years. Bought the mattress covers as Christmas gifts for my two daughters and decided to try the smaller one for me. When I tell you after the first night of use I went to work pain free. Oh my God. The first time in 17 years pain free. I'm a blackjack dealer in Las Vegas Nevada and this mattress cover has been a game changer in my life. No exaggeration at all. My oldest daughter " a craps dealer" has noticed a huge difference also. Painful Nerve pain in my toe 90% gone by morning & overall leg inflamation greatly reduced. Thank you -
in addition I used to struggle to sleep more than 4-5 hours a night, this is seductively relaxing, making me want to get in bed earlier, i sleep longer and wake up more relaxed. If i wake in the night I no longer struggle to get back to sleep.
I wish i could afford to buy one for every friend & family member suffering with chronic pain, poor circulation and sleeplessness.
I tried another (cheaper) brand last year but honestly didn't notice any difference and almost lost faith in grounding mats altogether. Then i saw that this brand had an offer complete with a meter to measure its effectiveness. I've never bothered using the meter as i had almost instant relief.
Ive told many friends with arthritis, fibromyalgia, liver failure etc about it.
I am walking with much less pain and honestly don't want to sleep without it!

Grounding mattress does not work once you put a sheet over it. Totally false claim by the company. I tested it with two different conductivity testers.

I would give 0 stars but this is not an option.
Grounding Mattress over is not effective as shown in social media posts. Once a bed sheet is placed over the mattress cover the grounding effect stops. It is claimed on multiple social media posts of the company that it does, but there is no grounding effect of using the mattress cover as per the companies instruction. Advertisements are therefor untruthful. I have asked for a refund which is currently being denied. £140 down the drain. Please also note that the customers who are rating products at a 4 or 5 have had experience of them for a week or 2. Customers with longer experience tend to rate lower.

Love it!
My husband and I started using grounding sheets and they worked great! At first. And then the good stuff we were noticing became less and less. But we haven’t had that problem with the grounding mat. I love that it’s not directly touching our skin and we can use whatever fabric we want for our sheets!

They took my money
They took my money, never responded to my email requests for updates or shipping information and never shipped the products.

After posting a 1 star review I did receive a response a few days later. They were unable to locate the order initially. After several emails someone tracked the order down. One week later the order arrived. I have yet to place on our bed. I still have not received an order number which means if I do want to return the product I will be unable to do so. I hope the errors were that they were overwhelmed at Christmas.

A good nights sleep in over 40 years.
I got the grounding mat several weeks ago but only just put it on the bed about a week ago. I’ll be honest I was desperate for a good nights sleep. I’m a very light and restless sleeper hear every sound even outside my window. The first couple of nights I didn’t notice any difference, then boom, by the 3rd or fourth night I’m sleeping so hard. I really can’t remember sleeping this hard since before my kids over 40 years ago. You know that deep sleep you don’t hear a thing not even your husband moving around beside you. I’m sure as I use it more I will notice other things too I’m forever grateful.

No benefit whatsoever
I ordered 2 of the large mats, one for myself, and one for my daughter. They’re properly installed, the ground connection was tested, and we’ve been using them for weeks. Neither of us has noticed a thing. Nothing, nada, zilch improvement in sleep quality, aches, pains, stress or anxiety. In my opinion, these are useless and people getting “results” are experiencing a placebo effect. It was a total waste of money, and it was not cheap!
