Mario was responsive, prompt and polite. Would use his services everytime

I needed a high school diploma and transcript apostilled for use in Spain. There was some uncertainty as to what was needed and Mario, in the Toronto location, myself and my daughter, who lives in Spain, went back and forth many times before finalizing exactly what was needed. Mario was very quick to respond to my questions and very patient through the confusing (to me) process. Finally the apostilled documents are on the way to Spain by courier, which Mario organized. It's such a relief to have the process completed. Mario was excellent to work with. I needed three documents in total (as the transcript was double-sided). All three had to be translated into Spanish, notarized and apostilled. Mario's fee structure was very fair as he discounts each document after the first, whereas other companies I contacted do not do this & charge the same for each document, pretty much doubling the total cost. I highly recommend using Downtown Notary & would definitely work with them if needed in the future.

Mario is always the best. He arrived at the exact time we requested, and patiently waited despite the fact that we weren't quite ready to go. He went through all the documents carefully and ensured that everything had been completed accurately. I have never had a complaint about him and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Mario! At first I was only going to get a notary and was going try to get the Apostille on my own. Mario informed me that he could do both, gave me a very reasonable price breakdown of what it would cost and different options. I’m so glad he did because it saved me so much time! He followed up with me the entire process and I should be getting my document back in the mail today. I’m in the States and I can’t believe how fast the process was. 10/10 would use this service again!

The notary, Hani Baddar, was exceptional and very knowelgable about our requirements which included meeting apostille requirements for a power of attorney. At best your website was confusing. In spite of carefully completing the online requirements and our submission being accepted, there was no record of such when we arrived at the location and we discovered that the notary wasn't there. It took a great deal of effort to contact your central office and then arrange the meeting in time given our quite tight schedule.
