Made an order on November 12. Tracking info states it was supposed to be delivered on November 24...I still don't have my package. Tried to follow up with the company about the status of my shipment, I was told the lady would enquire and get back to me, this was 4 days ago and I still haven't received an update. Starting to think my package won't arrive. Whilst I appreciate the delay may be caused by covid, customer service lacks basis and for that reason, I wouldn't recommend this company.

I would recommend to any of my friends to shop at Not Down Your High-street service is great & very helpful. 100% well done to all the staff.

Great deals on there and in this day and age it's important to support independent retailers.

Should be 0 rating, but can't leave a zero rating. Bought a Childs pencil case for £10.50 and the company charged me £14.20 for postage. It arrived within a day so certainly didn't travel far, you try to support small companies and this is what you get. Be very ashamed of yourselves!!

I am just giving 4 stars because I didn’t have an email with my order track number. But everything else was very good. Customer service was very efficient, delivery was 4 days after I placed my order and I got what my daughter neeeded. So I am pleased. Thank you

I’ve used Down Your High Street for over 2 years and the idea of having high street shops accessible on one site is excellent. The website is easy to use/navigate and making transactions are a piece of cake. Would recommend to anyone.

DownYourHighStreet has made it so easy for me to search for things online that I would normally do if I went to the shops! Without the hassle and busual of queuing and wondering around looking for items that I need. Everything is there online! Easy to use website for people who are technophobic like me. The great thing about DownYourHighStreet is that they support all local businesses which is great.

I have used DYHS now for 3 or 4 years, I have always found shopping local gives you a much better service than the big stores! I have spoken to the customer service team on a few occasions and they were just as helpful as the shops themselves. I love the range meaning anything I need I know they will have!
