I have done this already. Good service but video and sound can have problems.

Easy to use. A patient favorite

Very easy to use & cost effective. Only glitches occur when the patients WiFi signal/connection is weak.

The easiest televisit platform we use at the moment. Rarely are their issues in connections with the patients.

Half the connections have no sound... very frustrating

We used the free version in our practice so we are very grateful for being able to connect with patients via video image rather than just a voice on the phone. The resolution on this version is not sufficient to examine skin lesions which we asked patients to submit digitally by email. Overall, a great addition to what we have been able to offer during this global pandemic. Thanks for making it available to us!

Inconsistent is most accurate way to describe this platform. Sometimes it works ok, but often it has problems with sound and visual clarity. Wish it wasn’t so.

I really have no negative feedback. I find the platform easy to use and assuming your internet connection is stable, no connection problems. My only possible concern would be the level of privacy afforded by this platform, I'm unsure if this platform adheres to all of the provincial laws around privacy I need to provide confidentiality.

Lots of glitches. That don’t get quickly fixed...Not terribly pleased with you but I’ll stay for now..you need to do a better jib

Usually Doxy.me works great, but there are some patients I serve where the connection just won't work. I do not know if it is Doxy.me OR the internet strength in particular areas .....that's why it is not a 5.....

Consistent and reliable, and as easy as any platform.

Doxy.me started out excellent. Now it is slightly more difficult to access. Audio is frequently now described as "robotic" and difficult to understand.

I've been doing Online Therapy for over 25 years and been with Doxy for much of that time. Doxy has been very reliable when using the platform locally, nationally and internationally. Thank you.

Most of my business is marriage counseling. It's often difficult for both spouses get to my office at then same time. Doxy.me enables me to be much more flexible in my scheduling and to serve people who wouldn't have been able to see me in perso because of scheduling or because they live too far away.

I've been using doxy.me for several years. Most of my clients find it easy to use. The rare problems seem to be caused by the clients' having a low bandwidth internet service. I have been doing telehealth exclusively since March 2020 because of COVID-19. With the doxy.me platform, it's usually as effective as in-person therapy. It also enables me to see a bit of the client's home which is sometimes a source of insight for me. I love this software.

They did well for the most part. There was one incident of the client being in the waiting room, but the note kept indicating that no one had checked in yet. That was quite frustrating for me and the client, who thought it was something she did. I did request help, and Dottie said that I needed to refresh my screen. It was too late for that visit, but I did it the next time around.

I think a group call option should be available on the free option of doxy.

It is simple and easy to use Doxy.me. This platform has given me the opportunity to continue to see clients without the hassle of difficult technology, during the pandemic. I would recommend Doxy.me to other providers.
