This product was glossy despite choosing a matt finish, and felt like plastic to the touch. Doxzoo would not issue a refund but offered a small discount to re-order and rectify the order, which turned out just the same. So money wasted twice. I don't think it's necessarily a bad service throughout, probably a good formula when what they offer is what you're looking for, but not good at customer care when they cannot deliver what they promise.

I like the quality and value 2 things I encourage you to improve on: 1 when the print is in the bleed area, please pause the process and require printing INSIDE the bleed 2 offer hole punched options in the print

we decided to print our invitation suite with doxzoo after seeing the crazy prices from the wedding websites. It was a lot more cost effective that way. The color pay out was exactly like what we designed. It was super easy it figure out what size we needed and to upload our image.

Very happy with my latest order . Use for my CV and images for my hand made cards. Good value for money if order reaches free postage. Quality good from my scanned images. If my VERY OLD printer fails good to know I have an alternative. TBH only use just once or twice a year but very happy. Thanks.
