The book never arrived, so on top of not reimbursing me and scamming me, you are asking me to review it? How absolutely vile. What a horrible customer experience. What horrendous customer service. The product is bad, and the service is a scam.

I can assure you that we are a legitimate business and your order was dispatched on time. According to the tracking, since the 18th March your parcel has been held in customs and is currently awaiting confirmation of the invoice or proof of purchase from the recipient.
This is part of the customs process and, unfortunately, isn’t something we’re able to manage or influence from our side. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
We would recommend checking any communication from the courier or customs authority, as they seem to be waiting for information directly from you in order to release the parcel.
