I am extremely disappointed, as I was choosen the glossy/laminate option and actually it has barely any gloss and not laminate at all, very paper like feeling and i wanted to write on it and wipe, tought the laminate option will gives that but it does not so for me it was a waste of money, otherwise the picture quality is good.

Hi Norby,
We offer both lamination or encapsulation. Encapsulation involves covering both sides of the printed sheet with plastic and securing it with a plastic border. This makes it watertight.
In contrast, lamination is when a thin layer is applied to one side of the printed sheet only. Lamination is not watertight.
To order for lamination please select loose sheets and matt paper. The GSM has to be at least 200GSM.
