I paid a substantial deposit in June 2025 for works that were due to take place in November 2025. From October onwards, I repeatedly contacted the company seeking confirmation of an installation date. On multiple occasions I was told that they would get back to me, but I did not receive a clear update.
On 1st April 2026 without a confirmed date, I decided to cancel the installation and requested a refund. The company agreed to refund the deposit. At the time of writing, I have still not received the refund and communication has continued to involve delays and explanations rather than a resolution.
