Stolen vacation time and complete lack of professionalism!
Regarding Booking Reference: DYI-195620869I traveled with my husband and witnessed this horrible and deceptive service firsthand. We experienced a total nightmare with the communication between DoYouItaly and SG Noleggio in Alghero. Our flight was rescheduled by the airline, changing our arrival to late evening. We contacted them well in advance to update our pick-up time. When we arrived at 22:00, the local supplier refused to adjust the return time accordingly.We were forced to agree to a return time of 10:30 AM on our final day, even though our flight back was at 21:45 PM. They basically forced us to pay for a full final day of rental while completely depriving us of the car, ruining the last day of our vacation. On top of that, they lied to us about the car engine, giving us a cheap LPG vehicle instead of the paid Hybrid. The staff at the counter just blamed the broker, and the broker blamed the supplier. Total lack of professionalism. Avoid them!
