DPD = GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DELIVERY

DPD twice claimed they attempted delivery when I was at home. No one rang the bell and no notice was left. I sent a request to redirect to a Parcelshop they never answered. After many attempts (12) someone answered the phone, I asked to collect myself the items from their depot at Luxembourg, he said he will forward my demand to the transport service and I shall have a reply via e-mail. 24h later no reply, no mail and they still do not answer the phone. New attempt today to reach them on phone, after 35 minutes someone answered the phone, finally I collected myself the parcels from their depot, I had to wait outside for 10 minutes until someone open the door for me. Most of the employees were polite though. VERY BAD ORGANISATION.

No package! No delivery although announced in an e-mail. Apologies are not helpfil if they do not lead to the package. We did not order a scavenger hunt!

Tracking does not work and useless customer service

Again tracking does not work. My pakket alledgedly is in the truck to the pickup point for 5 days. I checked the pickup point and it has not arrived. The chatbot is as always useless and hanging on the phone to customer care costs 30 cent/minute and you can be kept waiting for hours.. If DPD works, they are OK but if not you are left completely in the dark and are unable to connect to any humans.

Update: no answer to email after 2 days. Never again DPD !

My package is on it's way for 3 days

My package is on it's way for 3 days. Then they claim it's been delivered to a local pick up point. I drive 20 minutes to get there only to hear that it's not even there and that they told multiple people the same thing. When you contact support they hang up on you after staying on the line for 4min + the cost of 0,30/hour. You contact the support bot and all it can say that it's been delivered.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Unreliable and Overpriced Support

Firstly, the cost to contact customer service is €0.30 per minute, and you’re left waiting on hold for 15–20 minutes at least before speaking to anyone. That’s already frustrating – but what makes it worse is that once you do get through, the information given is often incorrect.

I recently called to track a package and was told it was “on its way today” – only to receive a message a few hours later saying it would be delivered the next day. It’s not the first time this has happened. You feel like you’re being dismissed just to get you off the line.

While the customer service staff themselves are usually kind, the overall experience is beyond frustrating. I’ve had issues both receiving and sending parcels with DPD. Delays, unclear tracking, and missed deliveries are common.

It’s unfortunate that so many otherwise great online stores continue to use DPD as their delivery partner, because this company is, frankly, one of the most unreliable I’ve ever dealt with. If I had the option, I would never choose DPD again.

Just the worst delivery company out…

Just the worst delivery company out there, you wait 1 day and the app still says 2 stops away !!
Just dont use it. I took half of my work day off to receive a package well keep on waiting because they dont even notify you when it s not coming.

To avoid completely

To avoid completely. Twice ! they did not present the pacquet at home as they should. Instead, they brought it to a Point de Relais of THEIR preference WITHOUT notifying me. After a series of calls with the sender, I discovered that my paquet was somewhere and I had two days to go and get it before it was sent back to the sender. They always do that when a pacquet is heavy. Honestly, the worst delivery service.

Worst delivery service

Worst delivery service i've encountered to date. 9/10 times if you set it to deliver at a specific parcel shop the package ends up on the other side of the country. I've used DPD only if there was no other option and out of all the times I've used it, it went without a hitch just one (1) time.
They don't even attempt home deliveries, instructions to leave a package at a safe place get ignored.

Redirecting a parcel without updating me

I received an email yesterday saying that they delivered the parcel. I went to pick it up the owner of the shop told me that they requested a holiday and they are not receiving any parcels during this week and next week. I tried to contact dpd, no one answers, i sent email, no one answers, and then i received another email saying that they redirected my parcel towards another shop that is 10km far from me. I decided eventually to go get it from there but this is a bad experience i wanted to share with others. Please know that you are not a customer to them and they dont care about you.

Company you can't rely on

I stayed at home to get my parcel in the 2-hour window they proposed. Had to change plans for this! While I was at home all the time waiting for them, they wrote me that they "have missed me"! WTF is this service? Moreover, the entrance was open due to the renovation works and they could have just left the parcel inside! Very unsatisfied.

Redirection never works with DPD

Always an issue with DPD. Most of the time they fail to redirect the package to the pick up location that I chose in there app (even though they validate redirection). Instead of delivering it to a default pick up location near my address, they deliver it to a location that is 2h hours away in transportation from my address (back and forth).

Package waiting 4 days same place nothing moves

My package is waiting in the "pickup network", meaning the land of expedition, since 4 days. Nothing happened since then. No scanning, no tracking info, no idea when it will leave this country to Belgium.
If nothing happens today, with the weekend coming where they don't work of course, it will be a 1 week delivery (if i'm lucky...). In comparison with Postnl delivering in 48h. Terrible service.

Too many unsuccessful deliveries

I shop at a store that uses DPD for their delivery. I've had 4 experiences where I got an email saying that my delivery was unsuccessful and they ask me to pick up the parcel myself. All these times I was home waiting for the parcel but it never comes...the logistics for me to oick up the parcel is very complicated and honeslty if I had to pick it up myself why would I need a delivery company.

Amazon order

Amazon order, delivered by DPD.
6 items in total, 5 arrive 2 days ahead of time. Of course I'm not at home, the driver calls me, starts shouting, gives me no options, delivers the order (200+kg) to a shop. I have to pick it up myself.
Three days later, the sixth part of my order (+/- 70 kg) is directly delivered to a pickup point without any notice.
Utter sh*t.

Once again DPD rerouted my package in…

Once again DPD rerouted my package in another city at more than one hour drive from my home and my habitual pick up point. It's very difficult to contact someone from DPD online and if you want to call them it's 0,30€/min and you'll have to wait a loooong time to talk to someone (last time I had to pay 15€ the call and wasn't able to talk to someone, let's be fair, I'm not calling there again).
