Well

Well. I own the company. I am happy if anyone wishes to make statements about our management. However. We should be given the right to reply. So rather that simply make statements which are unfounded as they are More often than not, Simply rants. Statement the issues. I'll happy defend any comment made.

Awful experience with Dalzell Property and Facilities Management

I have genuinely never left a one star review for any company, but felt compelled to here such is my frustration.

Our experience with Dalzell Property and Facilities Management has been beyond awful. They have run our development into the ground through their incompetence and appointment of substandard contractors. The contractors are so bad that you'd have to wonder if there is an unofficial financial connection between them and the managing agent.

The owner and proprietor has a really poor understanding of block management, much to the detriment of our development, and seems incapable of professional running a business.

I would urge anyone to avoid this company if at all possible.
