Emailed my personal email bought from an obviously dodgy source as that email was deliberately only ever available to linkedin connections before I had set up a business email. After saying they would remove my personal email and saying "It's important to prioritize data privacy." surprise, a month later they emailed again.
As I explained, my business email is not difficult to find for people that want to email me about business things. They still decided that finding my business email was too much effort for them and trying to earn money with a clearly unwanted follow up email to a personal email address was more important to them.
Why would I trust someone to work on customer engagement who doesn't understand basic boundaries? Would they engage my customers by using their personal emails without their consent too?
