Absolutely amazing experience, we had two helpers called Jay and Vlad that were very careful with our things and took their time ensuring it was placed correctly. They were efficient and polite. Made the move very easy for us!

Fantastic attitude (polite and can do approach), worked really hard and took great care of the furniture moved and also the properties moved out of and in to.

Jay and Vladimir were perfect, especially on a Sunday with way more help packing and dismantling needed than I'd intended. Service with a smile and not a hint of a grumble, they were a dream. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again :) thank you!

We couldn't recommend Direct Professional highly enough. Every member of the team is friendly, hardworking, and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to the many other companies we reached out to, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them. We did a 5 hour move from London up to the North West. DP arrived the day before to load everything up, including disassembling our furniture where necessary (but they only did what they had to, and most stuff was moved out in one piece, which is really helpful on the other side!). They'd previously arranged to send 2 people but after we sent a video of our flat, they sent a third as well - Jay, Vladimir and Peter were all absolutely great. Where they did disassemble things, they attached all the screws to the item, and made sure they'd be easy to replace, which was particularly important for us as we were moving our things into storage.

Jay and Jordan then drove 5 hours the next day to put everything in storage for us, which they did incredibly efficiently, and were really happy to do anything else we needed, such as giving certain things extra wrapping.

Costas in sales was also brilliant, answering all our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner, which really helped reduce the stress of the move.

All the 5 star reviews they have are completely deserved - they're a fantastic team.

Costas, this is from the Kennedy family. You kept your word all the way through. When you said the boys are superheroes, we can see why. 100% Superheros, we were kept informed by you Costas, you were very kind and understanding. We had a stressful time thinking about this move but when we met seeing their smiling faces, the way they handled the job put our mind at rest. Both me and my husband being disabled we were also so worried how we were going to arrange things. They kept checking to make sure we were OK, didn't rush us in anyway. It was stressfree experience. We spoke to Costas about a bad experience we had with another company 5 weeks ago, we used that company called AnQ Movers, but wish we hadn't now, who made £2000 of damage(broke our cupboards and bed, who were going to give us £55 for the damages, very unkind people, they told us they will see us in court to add to our misery) financially stress and emotional stress but Costas reassured us several times. I don't do reviews but Jay asked me to as he was about to leave(he is the baby of this team only 23 years old) Glad I did it. Also these guys travelled almost 5 hours, plus packing for 2 hours and unpacking for another 2 hours. They also had to go back to London driving another 5 hours, still smiling. Unbelievable team I tell you, they exceeded my expectations. Whoever reading this please remember what I am saying is true and the experience we had was way better than the one we had few weeks back. Not only cost wise these guys are good people but also you won't encounter any stress. Thank you so much again boys. The Direct professionals are hard working, honest and most of all Superheros. This is the second time we have used Direct Professional Removals and I cannot fault them at all. The two removal men we had today were brilliant and nothing was too much for them. They worked around us and made the whole day as stress free as possible. We used the company again as we had a great experience the first time around also. Highly recommended! From quotation to moving day the process and team were efficient and friendly. The moving team worked tirelessly, were so considerate with our things and brand new paintwork and even helped decide where to position the rugs. And all with smiles and good humour. I would happily use them again.

Brilliant company! We moved from London to Sheffield and Direct Professional Removals were great.

We went with them because during the quoting process they were transparent, honest and fair. They were reasonably priced, entertained all of our questions and always replied quickly - moving cities was a real upheaval and they were very calming even over email! It was really nice dealing with them.

On the day of the move, they arrived promptly and packed carefully and efficiently. Things were the same the other end - they were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them!
