If I could give zero stars I would. My 16 year old applied for his provisional licence and I then noticed a payment of £89 came out of my account on top of the £44. I asked my son what this was for and he had no idea. I called Dr Admin today who said that they are a "third party subscription service" and they have sold to my child legal business protection and all other sorts of nonsense. I checked his emails and can find no confirmation of this. WHY IS THIS COMPANY SELLING BUSINESS SERVICES TO CHILDREN???? This payment of £89 is due to come out every 3 months apparently so make sure if you have been conned with this that you call them to cancel. They immediately offered me a £60 refund which I have refused as I do not see why I should allow them to keep the rest. I am taking this further. This is a morally bankrupt company selling fake services to children. The banks or Government need to step in. I am furious.

This is a complete con my son was applying for a provisional and some how these sharltons conned him in to not only paying ten pound more than DVLA charge but also wanted to Charge him an admin fee of 89 pounds every three months.
Praying on the young.
I tried to rectify this by speaking to a member of their team called Noah. Who was clearly aware he was in fact defrauding people. Absolute scum bags!!!

I applied for my driving licence renewal, noticed an dr.admin debit for the application and thought this must have been for the driving licence,
Have just had an alert from my bank advising they thought a fraudulent payment was being taken and asking if I authorised £89 payment to the same company. So hopefully they are into this company.
I’m bit worried as not sure I will get my licence through now for work.

Unwittingly I applied through what I…
Unwittingly I applied through what I thought was the DVLA website however it was Dr Admin.
The £30 for receiving my new driving license was paid. This including £10 extra for speedy delivery.
It did not arrive within the time specified by Dr Admin so I wrote to them wishing to cancel my request as they had not met the deadline they specified!
As with make others I too was charged £89 for what they seem to consider legitimate as it provides ‘access’ to other services!
The details of ate NOT clearly described on their website as it seems that numerous people have complained about their lack of service! They too have been misled!
Fundamentally I, and others have been misled. I am in the process of waiting for a response from Dr Admin!
I have asked for a full refund of the monies taken! The money refunded to one customer below was only £60. Why? Under these circumstances I would imagine everyone should be entitled to a full refund!

Checked my bank statement this morning…
Checked my bank statement this morning and found that this firm had taken £89 from my account.
As it is pending I contacted my bank and blocked any further payments.
I thought I had applied for a driving licence renewal via the official site.
The firm stated that because I had cancelled outside the free trial period (3 days) I wouldn't get a refund.
I will have to re contact my bank after 15 days for them to sort this.
I feel that this is a well thought out scam which has, obviously, caught out a number of people.

It’s a scam, this company is trying to get £89 from my account luckily I don’t have that amount. They attempted to get &89 twice before I discovered it on my account. They already deducted £10 on my provisional driver’s license for change of address. I reported it and block my card. This company dr-adm.co.uk is in the google when you search for renewal or change of address for the dvla license. I never thought that this is a scam but they proved themselves they are definitely a scam. When you type in the google driver’s license renewal or change of address, it will appear the first and second line: ukdriverlicense.com and the second one is driveraddresshelp.com. They are the same. The deduction from the bank it shows dr-admcoukwith dots.
The problem is they have all our information including the passport number and national insurance number . I don’t know what they’re going to do with all our information. It’s so scary. I hope somebody should do something with this scammer. They will continue to operate as long as nobody will stop them.This company doesn’t have email or contact number or address.I reported this company to Action Fraud: tel #: 03001232040.

BEWARE!!!
My husband thought he was renewing his driving license on the dvla website but was charged £24 for it (it’s only £14 on dvla). He then noticed £89 taken from bank account!!! When he called he was told this was an admin fee!!! Bank cannot help either. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
