Never preorder at dracoon

I am sorry to say that I have not had a positive experience with this company.
I pre-ordered 2x Evolving Skies on 27.05.2021, the release was in August 2021. I have received nothing from them until today. On 27.08.2021 I then learned that there is a delay in the series and the rest will be delivered next week.
On September 22nd, 2021 I asked what the current situation was like and got the answer that they only received a few products and the reason for this is the existing transport problems, the worldwide pandemic and the great demand for Pokémon products, but until mid/end of October then everything will be delivered and ask for patience.
Thereupon I wrote on 27.10.2021 that we already have the end of October and I'm still waiting for my pre-order. On 5.11.2021 I got as an answer that the company will again receive a partial delivery which makes up 20% of pre-orders and want to ask the other suppliers what they can deliver and that is expected that the 3rd wave is delivered the most. Everything will arrive in the next few weeks.
On 19.11.2021 I asked again how it looks like with my pre-order and got as an answer that they currently only have the ETB's there but still waiting for the booster box and it is hoped that it will soon be available again. (I'm not even offered a partial delivery soooo sad).
On 01.12.2021 I asked again but received no answer.
On 08.12.2021 I wrote to the company that the Pokémon Company itself on their homepage the booster boxes are available again and please finally send me my pre-order, because it's about time. On 09.12.2021 I got the answer that unfortunately still waiting for the goods and that have big delivery problems.
On 06.01.2021 & 12.01.2021 inquired what is now with my order and have received no response to date, let alone my pre-order.
That was my experience with my Evolving Skies pre-order.
Conclusion: Don't pre-order from Dracoon you will never receive it, you will be asked for patience or told to cancel the order if you don't want to wait. As an excuse you get to hear by the Pokémon hype, by the pandemic and production problems it comes to the delay. Strange that only Dracoon has these problems, as I could see on the Pokémon Company homepage, you could order Evolving Skies there again. So if you don't want to wait so long for your goods like me and you plan to invest a lot of money in the pre-order, then refrain from doing it at Dracoon, because then you will wait for an eternity, is just a well-meant advice from me. I cancelled my order on 02/01/2022. Dracoon takes too much preorders without setting a cut.
P.S. Evolving Skies display bought cheaper than pre-ordered meanwhile of course offered much more expensive (price was increased by 32,27€) and probably also sold. Pre-orderers are apparently only used as an investment so that you can say as a company I need so many, then sells the more expensive and the pre-orderers to say SORRY delivery problems.
And @dracoon please save any answer I already know your answers can read it yes at the other reviews, just copy paste answers.

Good site

I waited 6 months for my package, but that was probably due to Pokemon. Unfortunately, the package arrived incomplete, but the support was very friendly and offered me a voucher or a refund. The package arrived well packed and undamaged. Gladly again

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support, very friendly, responsive and helpful staff.

I should add that I made several orders (Pokémon cards) and some of the products could be immediately shipped, while others had to be cancelled or were delayed. In my view, Dracoon always gives the best to immediately ship the orders, but are dependent on the delivery from the suppliers.

In the case of cancellation of Pokémon 25th anniversary orders I got immediate refund. I’ve red comments that claim that Dracoon cancels orders for their benefit to sell the products for a higher price. This is simply not true.

In the case of Evolving Skies display boxes I experienced a long delay, but I always received very timely responses when asking for updates.

Considering the ongoing difficulties with Pokémon trading cards I was very happy with their service. Thank you!

Really Really Bad experience.

Really bad experience with this store. Took my money for pre order then cancel it 5 months layer.
So it blocked my money for around 5 months. ( Around 500€)

Now the boxes prices go around 4 times the price.
Obviously they gain more if they cancel my order.

Really disappointed. I could pre order from others shops if i knew this would happen

I won't buy from them again.

Edit: Thanks for your answer but i dont mind the delay as long as i get the product. You didnt even asked me if im ready to wait longer or not. Then cancel the order on your own.
I dont accept a cancellation without asking the customer decision.

Even after answering, they dont even offer to wait until they get the product so obviously it's better for them to cancel my order ( took my money to pre order at pokemon cie)
Now they can sell my order for way higher...

Good philosophy...

Edit2: now i see on their website that they say they never have to cancel order... What a joke!!!

If i can give them negative stars i would.
