Draftss was great. Their designs were awesome.

They listened and executed the design visions we had when we wanted to be specific, but they also did a great job at coming up with creative ideas when we didn't have any particular look in mind.

Draftss provides design services with unlimited changes for a certain period of time. I've subscribed to their 3 months plan to start with and have been asking for web platform design, logos, icons and Word/Powerpoint document templates.
Draftss assigns one manager to your project, who dispatches the work to different teams internally.
They reply fast: typically acknowledge the request within few hours and deliver within 1-4 days depending on complexity. Work quality is great and they can make up-to-date trendy designs in line with current web standards.
For web pages design, they use Figma , which is very convenient to send feedback and use the design with the development team.
Overall very satisfied!

Only have used for one project so far, but I'm very happy with the delivery speed and final result. Better and more flexible than Penji. Will definitely be sending them more work in the future.

draftss team is a Friendly and Professional one. They helped me with some of my projects and the result was good. It's been two months working with them, and because I understood how the project turn around time works, so I did not counter an issue with that, my projects were on time, except for one or two projects, because some of my tasks are not an easy or simple one, and they mentioned it on there website that Branding, Logo, and Artworks can take 3-7 days, and I missed that. So check the website for their type of services and the turn around time. Overall draftss is NOT a machine website that you press the button to receive your designs, you are working with a human (designers) that you need to translate your idea to them so they can design it for you.

If you are bootstrapping a tech startup or writing a book to publish which needs some quality art alongside your writing, Draftss is the best art solution for you. You get a continuous stream of custom art that you will own for an affordable monthly price (think of it like a monthly car payment). I’ve used Junaid and the Draftss crew for 2+ years off and on and gotten all the art that I need and plan to use them more tech startup art and a book that I’m planning. But, fair warning, you’ve got to do your part so you can be a happy Draftss customer. You must provide lots of description, examples and ideas about what art you need. You’ve got to review and critique Draftss’ results quickly and push them to improve so you get exactly what you want. It isn’t magic and they can’t read minds so it’ll take some time and effort for you and them to learn the art style and quality that you love and figure out an efficient way for you and Draftss to work together. But, once you and Draftss build a good working relationship, they can make any art you need. They are pro artists so ANY art is possible; you just need to describe and push so they can understand. If you need any kind of art, really, ANY art, Draftss can do it and can do it on car payment-sized budget. Just be ready to do your part to make it happen.

Background:
I am working on a Bootstrapped Startup (2-full time employees) building a consumer application. I have worked with many designers in-house designers previously, and this was my second experience with outsourced design (had used Fiverr before).

Overall: Very positive experience
- Excellent interaction design skills,
- Very creative - across both interaction and product design
- Amin was a pleasure to work and engage with, and my limited interactions with Junaid were all positive.
- Adopted our workflow (Slack, Notion, Google Slide Decks) very well
- Generally very receptive to feedback

Negatives
- Communication got better over time, but there were some weeks where it was challenging

Really great experience for the moment ! I have start my first project with them and the work is really nice.
They understood really well my expectations and my ideas to make me a really great website with the last best practices.
I'm starting new project with them and I'm really impatient to see what is coming next :)
