My package has not arrived. I reached out and filed a ticket with this store on 30-Jun, and no one has even responded. FedEx will only deal with the shipper, so unless they contact FedEx, I can't do anything.

I did file an inquiry with FedEx the same day your ticket arrived in my shop but it seems like I forgot to actually reply to your ticket.
FedEx have just confirmed to me that they lost the package (they first received photos from me to search for the whereabouts), so we will ship it again tomorrow.
It would be great if you could update the rating once you receive the package. Unfortunately, it can happen that packages are lost (especially during Covid-19, as shipping services are more busy than ever).
What I'm really sorry is that I forgot to reply to your ticket, as actions regarding the missing package have started right away, but you couldn't know about it :(
