Great service
From the moment I was attended to by Holly Shepard i was in good hands. Holly was very efficient, consistent, informative and supportive throughout the entire process. The service was seamless when the matter was taken over by Ellie Risk who continued to process and progress my application. They both explored suitable options, explained everything in a careful but thorough manner and Ellie remained in constant contact with me responding to all of my communications right the way up to completion and reaching a positive outcome.
