I ordered 500 lacewing larvae but received a handful of them that have made zero impact on the aphids I had bred over the winter to feed them on.
The whole plan was to propagate a generation of adults to populate my greenhouses and polytunnel.
I contacted Dragonfli a week ago but still haven't had a reply.
I could say much the same about their Vine Weevil and spider mite treatment which has failed to rid these, despite a series of expensive treatments over several years.
I've now learned my lesson that these so called organic controls are bunkum. Or maybe I should wait for my chakras to align with scorpio before I apply them.

Personable and responsive - really appreciated

I've been using Dragonfli products for a couple of years (first for pantry months, now for clothes moths). The Trichogramma wasps are very efficient - I noticed the number of moths reduced within 2 weeks of placing sachets in the room that was affected. It's a green and pet-safe way to manage the moth problem. The moth lures work particularly well on the pantry moths.
Recently there's been some small delays with shipping, but it's a good sign, their products are clearly very popular and effective.

Amazing company, I had a brief encounter with a suspicious bug on one of my plants. I convinced myself that it was the start of a thrips infestation. It probably wasn't but I didn't want to take any chances. Come across Dragonfli and did some research into Amblyseius. My plants seem fine and no sign of any horrible pests but I have my army of mites on patrol. They're so small they can barely be seen unless under a certain light but I love them, see them scooting about.

Have since retired to Dragonfli to purchase some Ladybirds and larvae to take care of some Aphids in my front garden, I had an abundance of Ladybirds in my back garden last year but wanted to introduce some to the front as my hydrangea are currently being attacked with the little green pests.

Amazing company, issue was resolved immediately and without fault. The only thing i would note that could be improved would be to email the recepient when a replacement product is shipped for them to anticipate delivery.

We all know that caterpillars are difficult to get rid of. The fig-leaf skeletoniser moth is not an exception. If I wouldn't have had the advice, the support and the Fig-Leaf Skeletoniser Moth Killer Nematodes product from Dragonfli, my fug would have seen long ago the compost.
Let's be honest. It needed two treatments and hand picking of Nematodes after. For some reason, despite of soaking the leaves with treatment, these nasty creatures, still managed to survive.
But I am happy now. I look forward for a harvest next year. Fingers crossed. One fig started growing now. Bless. A bit too late.

I bought spider mite predators, and they did a good job. They supplied voracious little insects which did a good job of tackling a spider mite infestation on my dahlias. I was very pleased with them. Clear instructions were provided with the predators, and I could see even after 3 days that there were quite a few pink phytoseiulus showing that they were doing their job of consuming spider mites.
I shall employ them earlier next year. Postage was swift on the whole, but where they did get held up with Royal Mail, Dragonfli were very good at resolving the issue.

Fantastic products for gardeners dealing with little nuisances on their prized plants. Excellent customer service who are very helpful. I will definitely be buying more products from them in the future!

I am so glad I found this company. I didn't want to use any chemicals on my plants when I discovered they were suffering from thrips so have been using predatory mites and sticky traps. It's not an immediate fix but it's definitely working and I'm not panicking anymore about losing my plants. Delivery is quick and my email enquiry was answered promptly.

I never had a problem with clothes moths until I had a house fire and my worldly possessions had to go into storage. That was 12 years ago and since I got my furniture etc back I have had an ongoing battle with them. I have had some success with other products but not had a long term solution. Enter Dragonfli and I’m finally winning the war. I have been on a daily mission checking the lures and am horrified and amazed at how many have been attracted and paid the ultimate price. I ordered these a bit late in the year but they have still been incredibly effective. The leaves on my beans, courgettes and squash were looking poor but the new growth is looking great. I’ll be ordering more earlier next year to really get on top of them.

I needed to get rid of lots of spider mites which were destroying my conifer trees. This solution worked brilliantly - no fuss, easy to apply and within 5 days there was not a spider mite or web to be seen - much more efficient than sprays and chemicals - for such a small package they really did their job well.

I have used different products, all from Dragonfli, and I have also received advice from them on more than one occasion. The company are great to deal with, knowledgeable, and supply useful products. I will continue to use them as they are keeping my plants and I happy☺️

Banish plum moth
Noticed plum moths had invaded the plum tree with many uneatable fruits. Bought a Pheromone trap and immediately noticed many small plum moths caught with the result that there was a reduction in plums being attacked and that the later plums were perfect. Will get another one early next year !!!

These traps are excellent, easy to use and relatively easy to clean. I got three to hang in the heavily fruiting plum tree and hardly lost any fruit to the wasps. They seemed more attracted to the solution in the traps than the fruit. Hurrah!

I’ve purchased the Amblyseius cucumeris Sachets twice now, the first time to deal with what I thought was the beginnings of either a thrip or spider mite attack, and then recently as a preventative measure. I’m happy to say everything about the experience was great; they’re a very reasonable price, are very effective little assassins and were delivered very quickly and in good condition on both occasions. Will be repurchasing!

I’m so happy with my orders. The predatory mites are doing their job as described, making it easier for me to enjoy my love of plants and seeing them thrive without any pest issues adds to my enjoyment of them. Couldn’t ask for more .
