we as a business renew our staff healthcare annually. Simon from Dragonfly has been in charge of our account for quite a few years now. He has saved us thousands of pounds over the years. Whatever he says he is going to do it is done promptly, never have we had to contact him to ask what is happening.

This is the second year we have spoken to Mark Chadwick concerning our companies Private Health Care. Like many others, our policy for 2024 almost doubled. Mark contacted several companies on our behalf. Mark explained very clearly what was being offered by each company and how much it would cost. He was very patient, very helpful and never pushy. If I said I wanted to discuss options with colleagues or needed time to think I was never made to feel under pressure to make a decision. We have now renewed our policy with his help and God willing we will be talking to Mark again in 12 months time for our next renewal
