I was privided with a delivery date and my parcel was delivered within the day and time frame that was given to me. I was given the Driver's name, which provides a sense of comfort and he was very pleasant. My parcel was delivered in a good condition.

Their delivery service has improved drastically. Once they wouldn't call the entry gate to get in and if not picked up on first call they would leave and not even call my.mobile on the instructions. They would then return up to a week later. Now their couriers come on the day expected, they call and they are friendly and best of all they speak good English now. I was disappointed with this company for Amazon and ALI express orders but now can't fault them. Well done!

This company delivered my parcel yesterday - a day earlier than estimated. I was out and I received notifications of the delivery with photos, which reassured me that my parcel was at the correct destination. It was left in a safe place and in excellent condition.

I've received deliveries from this service for years and never had a problem. All drivers in my area have always been great, always polite when I've spoken to them, they are careful with my packages and always put in a safe place when I'm not home.

Mine is not a paid review and I call it as I see it. DragonFly has always been a good delivery service to me and I get a lot of deliveries from them. They follow my delivery instructions to the letter
I always give them good feedback except for a couple of times a long time ago where I had to get in touch with them because the courier at the time was not with the program but after I contacted them and brought up my grievance we were all on the same page with no problems since. I like the fact that they keep me up to date on the package tracking, I always receive an email the day before delivery to inform me it will be delivered the next day, on the day of delivery 🚚 they let me know the approximate time of delivery and the drivers name when it is in the van they let me know exactly what time it was delivered within minutes of the drop off accompanied by a photo of where it was placed which is always in a secure area. I am very happy with DragonFly's courier service. So how is that for a totally unpaid review, there is no money paid for contrary to what other people perceive the only incentive I have is DragonFly's excellent reliable service
