Very frustrating and disappointing…

Very frustrating and disappointing service. Dragonfly repeatedly claims they cannot find the address via GPS and marks deliveries as “attempted” even though no one ever came to the property, which is clearly proven by security camera footage.

This happens every time, not just once. On top of that, staff on the phone simply lie about what is going on and are unfriendly and unhelpful. False delivery attempts, incorrect tracking, and misleading communication is what you get with Dragonfly. Shame that they are still contracted by Amazon.

5 fake deliveries attempts.

5 fake deliveries attempts.
Called the customer service and talked to Christine worst customer service. No apology just excuses that I have not provided the enough instructions on my delivery address. Asking silly questions. I just had to cancel my order from them and requested Amazon not to use Dragonfly when they send my parcel.

Worst courier ever

Worst courier ever, cannot follow delivery instructions, parcels left unsafe areas. despite numerous complaints to the company with phot evidence even from their drivers proof of delivery photos, rubbish service still prevails, wish amazon would change to other companies.

Dragonfly is the most unreliable…

Dragonfly is the most unreliable delivery service I have dealt with. Every time they have an Amazon delivery they say they couldn’t deliver it the first night and then they deliver it the following day. We have 4 adults in the house, access to the road, no dog, big porch.

There is no reason for non-delivery, I wonder do they get a fee for “attempting” delivery then another fee for actual delivery? It is giving Amazon a bad reputation being associated with this poor delivery service.

Misdelivery

The delivery driver couldnt understand the difference between number 28 and number 29, so this smart guy drops my parcel off at number 28 which is not my unit number it's 29, yeah simple mistake i suppose, then i called customer service and guess what even though the drivers are still delivering unit 9pm but they can go and collect the misdelivered parcel until tomorrow.
The you lady whom i spoke was very unhelpful and arrogant and keep on talking over me and wouldnt listen to what i was asking her, overall, I will never use Dragonfly again as their service is total crap and the drivers seem like they have issues telling the difference between unit numbers.

worst courier I have ever had the…

worst courier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a buyer. 14 days to get a parcel delivered from their base in adelaide to a suburb of adelaide... the first 12 days they did not even turn up at my address. ( i have cctv cameras so I know they did not) just lie and say they could not deliver. then they eventually turn up on a day that I am not available ( it was noted in the delivery instructions). then the next day the same thing, but they threw it over the fence and broke it instead .... NEVER use dragonfly.....

5 consecutive days....5 consecutive…

5 consecutive days....5 consecutive "business was closed unable to deliver"
Office site was open everyday and no attempt was made to deliver the packages AT ALL. Doorbell was not used and after calling multiple times explaining over and over what the front door looks like, access points, business names for businesses either side....another notification of an "attempt" made....this time INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS DETAILS!!!!!! I followed up and was told that if the driver was too far away he wouldnt come back and would try again tomorrow. I told them the next attempt I was happy for them to call me on approach and Ill come out and meet them and they said "they use their personal phomes so its a choice they would need to make" I need these items for the weekend for a huge event Im hosting. I would never ever recommend this service and Amazon should better test the quality of their couriers they are using....that totals 4 "attempts at delivery" for a business on a main street!!!! The best part of it all?? Day #5 I get an email at 8:30pm stating they will be delivering in 1 hour......for a business....who has had 4 other deliveries "attempted" between 1pm and 5pm. Worst delivery service ever. Still waiting for the package....week 2 commences tomorrow. Its really not that hard!

Pathetic

ANOTHER delivery problem with this lot.
Sent delivery instructions that due to current temporary mobility issues delivery politely requested to be closer to the front door. Indicated: no gates restricting access, no free running pets, no obstructions to the door. Also indicated people would be at the house all day.
Email at 18:42 - we'll be there soon (already dark outside).
Email at 19:09 - been delivered. Go check by the front door = nothing.
Figure its up by the mailbox and instructions have again been ignored. Yes they had been.
Painfully and slowly walk to the mailbox.
Arrive at mailbox at 19:41 - no parcel. Not at my mailbox. "Proof of delivery" indicate parcel is at the neighbours mailbox. Look there = nothing. Look around my mailbox = nothing. Even check the electrical cupboard that has a sign on it saying "KEEP CLOSED STAFF ONLY" - not in there either. The delivery contained medical items which I now have to get in touch with the supplier to get re-ordered and re-shipped. Thats not to mention having to deal with a bank about a missing package.
Not the first time this has happened. Seen constant reviews about how bad this lot is.
As a suggested comment from Trustpilot about what to write: What can this company do to improve? GO BANKRUPT.

Claimed to have attempted delivery when…

Claimed to have attempted delivery when no such thing took place. Item was returned to mail centre therefore increasing the delivery time. If Amazon advertises next day delivery then they should employ a courier that can actually achieve the timeframe

Horrific and disgusting company and not…

Horrific and disgusting company and not even worth one star!
The delivery drivers give me bold faced lies saying they've just delivered yet the picture (which is not even my house, in fact there's house shown, just a street) is in broad daylight yet they give me this lie at 9pm.
Service desk said it was delivered at 7:30 pm which is STILL a bold faced lie because the picture shows broad daylight.
Then I'm told "Oh they'll deliver tomorrow and if not contact the seller"
In other words; they don't give af!
I work from home, no-one comes to the door and EACH and EVERY time I get a parcel from these illiterate morons I wind up having to tear the neighborhood apart, banging on doors and peeking in everyone's mailbox because the moron delivering couldn't be bothered to read an address IF they even deliver it in the first place.
I've lost so many parcels, wasted so much time, my blood pressure is perpetually bursting every time I have to deal with one of these idiots.
Their company should not exist to inflict this endless misery on the world.

Appalling

Three times on three different successive days I was emailed with "cannot deliver your parcel as no safe place to leave". My office was open and attended on all three consecutive days. The door was never closed. My office sits inside a private hospital that is attended 24/7 at a front desk. I'm not sure how much safer a location there can be other than a police station. I suspect DRAGONFLY have unreasonable requriements of their delivery people. When I phoned DRAGONFLY help line after the second failed delivery attempt the call centre person advised me the courier had hundreds to deliver over a three hour period and I was simply in a queue. I suspect if the deliverers do not have time to stop for another drop point they simply say "cannnot deliver and will try again another time soon". I made a complaint to ZARA who have contracted DRAGONFLY and stated I won't use ZARA online again unless they use another courier service. Just awful. No garment can be worth the hassle. Oh - the one star if for their jaunty little AI messages that fool you into thinking this is a pleasant experience. After the third time - well - the jaunt is over.

Totally unacceptable

Totally unacceptable. I ordered an item from Amazon Prime for next day delivery. I get an email that says my package is delivered only to find out the package is for someone 3 suburbs away. When I call to find out where my package is I get an overseas call centre and no matter how much I explain I get told it will take 48 hours for and "investigation" despite the fact I called 10 minutes after my package was "delivered". I cannot get someone to call the driver, I cannot get a supervisor all I get is fake apologies. Amazon needs to drop this sham company quickly.
