Dragonfly is my favourite courier

Dragonfly is my favourite courier. They are fast & efficient.
My parcel from Amazon was suggested Mon or Tue, it arrived Sunday. I have a lot of experience with Couriers, Dragonfly is the best !

Never On Time

This is the 6th time I ordered on Amazon and these guys were multiple days (6) late after advanced ordering to be safe. I am still waiting on 2 items that are 7 days late that I just cancelled. Can't believe Amazon use these guys. Never had an issue with Amazon anywhere else, so clearly a Dragonfly issue. If you are ordering tine sensitive items in West Kelowna, skip Amazon and go get it, cause their provider is brutal.

Great delivery service

Was surprised I received my package so quickly. In the past delivery was being left in the open where could be seen from the street so I did mention this problem. This time my parcel was left at the front door as I requested. Updates of delivery by email was great. Well done and thank you.

Our parcel was left in a safe and secure place

Our parcel was left in a safe place over the gate as we weren't home but was difficult for anyone else to reach over and take it. So we were very happy about that. Also the delivery came quite quickly, was great not having to wait a week or so to receive our goods. All in all, we're very happy with the service
