This is my experience over the last few days with a delivery that I am still waiting from DRAGONFLY. Day 1 of the delivery due An the driver had issue with address ,I called DRAGONFLY and confirmed my address is correct, Promised delivery next day never happened, another call another excuse promised next day ,never happened. Promised today lets see if a miracle happens

Worst delivery service in the country
The delivery service notifies you towards the end of the workday (!) that they're going to deliver on said day. There is no way to know in advance, as their tracking tool is not accurate in the slightest. Your package can just be rotting at their depot, without you being informed.

Delivery is absolutely terrible
Delivery is absolutely terrible. Time and again you receive a message saying your package will be delivered today, only to get a notification the next morning that it “couldn’t be completed.” If you live even slightly out of the way, there is always an issue and they are incapable of delivering on time. I have now been waiting 6 days for an Amazon package that was supposed to arrive the next day.
I never had any problems with the previous delivery service, but with Dragonfly it goes wrong every single time. They simply never deliver on time.

At first this made delivery a bit uneasy in case I couldn't answer my phone. But so far they always tried to call or find a resolution and the phone support is very nice too.
Did not deliver with complete nonsense excuse/message
Basic tracking, no delivery window, no map, generic updates about being on its way. Until a could not be delivered message with the remark "The business was closed". I'm not a business customer, live in a residential area, was home at the time and have plenty of neighbours using the same front door.
Had never heard of Dragonfly Shipping before, but they instantly made it into the top 3 of worst shipping companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with.

I had never heard of Dragonfly
I had never heard of Dragonfly before, so I was initially concerned that they were doing the delivery instead of more familiar services. However, the website was well-designed and the communications were excellent and frequent. The delivery was timely and professional.
The worst delivery company in the Netherlands
If you think DHL or DPD are the worst delivery companies in the Netherlands, try getting your package delivered by Dragonfly. Not only might you have to wait the whole day for them to come to your company, but their couriers also don’t read your delivery instructions. In my case, this resulted in a package being delivered around 21:00 to a business address that is only open until 17:00. The parcel was actually tossed under the door in the pouring rain, where it stayed until someone starting their shift the next day stumbled upon it.
Please just let DHL, PostNL, DPD and such handle what they're good at.
2 attempts to deliver the package, both failed with reason 'company closed' even though I live in a house. I called Dragonfly customer service, very friendly. Together with the agent I made some delivery instructions and also left my phone number.
Days later I get notified that the package is out for delivery. Later that day I get notified again: "Failed to deliver: company closed". No phone call, no instructions followed.
Next day I call Dragonfly again, agent on the phone admits that they don't check drivers actually going to the right adresses. Agent admits that the process often fails. Package is now going back to Amazon and I have no guarentee that another order won't just end up in the same loop.
Meanwhile, Amazon says contact Dragonfly and vice versa. No clue when I'll get reimbursed nor whereabouts of my package.
