it is already 2 days late
i have 3 orders with amazon , 2 of them are late , the third one is supposed to come today , but honestly am not confident, the customer service is great they respond fast and help with what is possible , but i can swear that i have seen the driver going pass through my address and not delivering, so the logistics is completely inefficient, because of hiring independent workers that are incompetent.
Great service
They keep you updated and deliver when they say they will. The only downside is that you don't get a time window.
But the delivery was great, package was in tact and the driver was friendly.

The worst delivery company in the world.
I wrote in my preferences "UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DELIVER TO THE NEIGHBOURS"
Later I get a message "This package was delivered to the neighbours"

Biggest flop since ever
Since 2026 Amazon is using DragonFly as their carrier. I’ve ordered 4 times as a Prime Member and since today, 3 orders were delivered too late.
They also promote themselves to plan every parcel to be the shortest possible route from address to address but can only tell you that your parcel will be delivered between 8:00 and 22:00. If you KNOW how to plan delivery with the shortest route, you should also be able to give an indication. 8:00-12:00, 12:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00 shouldn’t be too hard to tell!

Driver of Dragonfly falsely claims delivery. Nothing was delivered, also clear from camera surveillance. Dragonfly makes Amazon an untrustworthy webshop. Filed a complaint at Amazon.
I never received my parcel
I never received my parcel, it was released for delivery on March 12th, today March 26th they marked it as delivered, scammers and thieves... AMZNL000002654107
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
The first time, the package was thrown over the fence in pouring rain. The second time, it was supposedly left somewhere around the house, but it is completely untraceable. The photos are unclear and not sharp. In both cases, it was explicitly stated that the package had to be handed over in person. The helpdesk is unreachable and the phone is not being answered. This is truly the worst delivery service I have ever experienced.

Smashed my package
The driver rang my building doorbell and i opened the door for him via the interphone. He had 2 packages and he used mine to hold the door while picking up the second one. Made the delivery of the second package and smashed mine into my letter box opening and left.

They came to my place with my package, took pictures inside the building, and inserted the package on the wrong mailbox. This has happened multiple times. No note on where they delivered.
