Wonderful service! The selection of VPS services are great, I used my service to run a Minecraft server. When I ran into some issue the staff were more then happy to help me out and went above standards to fix my ram issues.

The setup of the service was very quick, the server has so far been extremely efficient and able to support my needs. The service provided by the team was efficient.

I was a customer of Dragonhive for a total of around 5 months. Within the first month of having a VPS with this company they informed me they had mistaken my account for someone else's and my VPS' data had been completely wiped. After this mistake Dragonhive did offer 3 months free I accepted and continued to use their service. The next month my VPS had once again been completely wiped because of a billing error on their end. After this one I was very reluctant to continue using them for my VPS however they did offer a refund of the initial payment I had made so I once again decided to stay with them and give them the benefit of the doubt. After 2 more months of very few issues my server was once again completely wiped. This time was apparently due to a system error their end once again. After this time I completely lost trust with the company and they had no offer of compensation for my data loss. Please steer clear of this company. The response times are appalling and services not much better.

Great company, were very responsive and accommodating to my needs, happy to let me give things a go with their server before I committed!! Thank you again for your great service

Amazing service from the DragonHive Hosting team, They helped me fix any problems i had with professionalism would recommend there Windows VPS what can i say they are very fast even with having the basic plan you wont be disappointed thank you for the amazing service will be continuing my subscription

So all in all I will describe my reasoning for each star just so everyone understands why this is a serious five star and not just a friend looking out.

My first star was given for the obvious layout of the website and the basic suggestion etcetera... The layout of the website and upfront view shows easily what you're looking at and describing all the products to you.

My second star as well as my third was for pricing and hardware you get for the cost. The pricing is very good compared to a few other VPS providing services that I looked at. I am extremely happy with the performance I have received for the cost. The exclusive VPS pricing gives me great peace of mind when I am paying £190 a year for the result I am getting.

Finally, it should be known it could've been a four star, but it is a five star due to the fantastic 1 to 1 support for a first time VPS experience, assisting me for a couple of hours getting everything ready for the first time. So I add the extra two starts for an upfront and extremely helpful couple of hours of learning.

DragonHive has amazing staff, and really smooth services. One of the best companies I've worked with.
