I cancelled the order due to a crack in the tank. No response. The day before delivery, I phoned about 10 times and sent another email. No response. Oil delivered, leaked.

Disappointed - loyal customer of 13 yrs closed account
Have been a loyal customer for 13 years and always supported a local business. Now feel abused because of that as never told about price differences for ordering within certain time schedules. It has taken 2 weeks sometimes for deliveries to arrive from ordering and I've had to chase the depot whichthyosis somehow translates to a 'premium' price. Very disappointed in their service and now closed my account and moved to Boiler Juice where I feel I am in Greater control of the price I'm paying. Sad to see that my latest order will still come from Dragon as they could have had my business direct.

Account customers being ripped off
I had an account for years,then got a quote from an other company and found that they were £72 cheaper for a 1000L than dragon, which made me wonder for for how many years l had been over charged. I’ve since cancelled by account
