I've had a very pleasant experience purchasing glasses through Dragonspecs. First, the price of the frame was very reasonable: far below the high street price. In addition, throughout the order process, Alex responded extremely promptly to all my questions (and with great patience!), and I was kept up to date on the progress of my glasses. Finally, I was able to have the the latest Essilor lenses that filter blue light fitted to the frame. I have already placed another order for another pair.

I'm about to purchase my third pair and I have already recommended Dragon Specs to everyone I know.

They offer great prices and service.

I really recommend these guys to anyone!! I'd like to thank Alex for the great communication through the way.

They were a pleasure to deal with from placing the order to receiving my finished sunglasses. Everything was perfect. I was not looking forward to ordering online for prescription sunglasses, but all my fears were laid to rest by Alex, would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family, and will be using them for myself in the near future.

Initially I had reservations about ordering glasses online and not being able to go back to the shop to get them fitted, but all the glowing reviews for Dragonspecs and the brilliant price (less than half of what high street opticians charge) for a fab pair of Prada glasses persuaded me to go ahead: I've had my new glasses for a month now, they look and feel wonderful, Alex Arora provides excellent customer care and I can very happily recommend Dragonspecs to anyone. If and when my glasses need adjusting, I shall take them to any optician as I have always done in the past.

Super service, found the whole process of ordering over the internet so smooth. The service was first class and prompt. Any questions had been answered in very quick time. Purchased a pair of RayBan glasses price was much cheaper than any other supplier. So overall the whole experience has been fantastic and would recommend DragonSpecs to all others.

Dragonspecs have been really great. I have a couple of pairs of Bvlgari glasses and sunglasses and wanted to make sure I had up to date prescriptions without the need to keep changing the expensive frames.
Alex and the guys there have done a fantastic job on all of them each time I've used them and I'm just getting another pair ready to send over to them.
Great prices, super fast service, incredibly polite and friendly. I don't reccomend many places but I'd gladly reccomend these chaps to anyone that asked!

I have bought prescription glasses, frames and lenses, from Dragonspecs 3 times and on each occasion I have been so very impressed with the quality of the lenses and the flawless service I received. The prices are fantastic and I have realised that it is far cheaper for me, here in Australia, to try on frames locally then order them with my prescription lenses online from Dragonspecs. Alex Arora is incredibly efficient and a real star. Nothing is too difficult. I don't know how he has the time to provide such good service to all his customers but he must manage it, reading other reviews about him. Dragonspecs is certainly a model for how a great online company should be run. Thanks so much Alex. You have a loyal customer .

I have now made three purchases over the years through Dragonspecs and on each occasion my expectations have always been met or exceeded. Competitive prices and great customer services - despite me living half way across the globe!

Found some great Prada frames in a highstreet chain. I noted the details for my trusted independent optician of almost 25 years, but when I called them, to order the frames in, found that they had stopped stocking Prada. They were happy to do the lenses if I provided the frame. Dragonspecs were significantly cheaper than most other companies I found on the web, and the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive I thought I'd try them; and I was not disappointed. The frames are the genuine article with the sleeve, box, case and cloth all as I would expect for Prada, having bought many pairs in the past. Although I bought frame only, I would recommend Dragonspecs to anyone without hesitation.

Ordered 2 pairs of Ray bans through Alex at around 10 at night. Got an email straight away, confirming order, and that these were not stock items and would take a short time to come in, and these were not covered in the return guarantee. Totally upfront and genuine, and was asked if I wanted to continue. If they were stock, they would have been covered in the guarantee. Was 99% sure on our glasses sizes, so went ahead, and a short while later, received the frames. Price including delivery was 128, compared to 139 for a single pair in the opticians. Cannot fault the service, price or product. Like others though, the website really looked dodgy, and I had to check authenticity. Would be an idea to throw a few quid at a web designer, and build something special, to match the company. Faultless, cannot recommend highly enough.

I ordered some rayban glasses from dragonspecs I was highly satisfied when they came carefully wrapped and 100% genuine, prices were the cheapest I could find and u would highly recommend using this company, the correspondence from ordering to receiving was second to none! Very happy customer :)
