On the international scene, DRAG Bluebird reached the final of the Women’s Sprint at the London Olympics with Ukraine’s Lyubov Shulika. The DRAG brand is synonymous with the socially responsible development of Bulgaria’s cities and tourist hotspots. Over the past decade, DRAG has consistently led the way in encouraging Bulgarian kids to get on their bikes, organizing competitions and fun rides, especially for children, as well as creating the first bike parks in the country’s ski resorts Bansko, Borovets, and Pamporovo. Its annual program of events and competitions for serious mountain bike and freeride fans includes the DRAG Cherni Vrah Rally and sponsorship of the Tour of Vitosha race and City DH events. Im disappointed because when my bike…

Im disappointed because when my bike arrived i didn’t look at the collet with hopes , that everything will be okey , i told myself its a bike store what can be incorrectly.I went to my home , I start to unpack the bike and at that moment I saw a scratch on the frame.Even if I checked my order at the Delivery Company , that scratch couldn’t be seen because I wouldn’t going to unpack everything from the bike there.Now when I want to give back the bike , I couldn’t do it because of this.Thanks.

Fantastic carbon gravel bike from DRAG

I bought a carbon gravel bike from DRAG which I absolutely love!!! The service was perfect from start to finish - they asked me for my measurements in advance and calculated the frame size. Then when I went to pick the bike up I had a fitting session and they changed the stem and tweaked the seat position for me. I can only recommend!

Very bad service

Very bad service, in the shop they refuse to order parts and are rude the online shop refuses to deliver to the shop. Now I am stuck with parts which are neither the right size and parts which miss items. Cost me an additional 8 leva for delivery. FYI: all our bikes are bought from Dragzone!
