Best service and amazing price

Had to order larger 80mm gutter. Downpipes etc. Amazing customer service. Didn't have 4m downpipes in stock so couriered it from other depot. v. v. good firm to deal with. Helpful, knowledgable and even got a follow up call to check all had arrived. 10 out of 10. And by the way - they were the cheapest!

Excellent experience

I put in my order, but found that I had made a couple of mistakes. I rang to change the order and it was no problem. The order came, when it was due, and the goods were excellent. Big thanks to Denise for her excellent customer care. Will definitely recommend them

I Was Very Pleased With This Service

The online experience did not work for me because I live in an 'awkward' post code area. However, a telephone call quickly resolved the issue, and I was able to place, and pay for, my order over the phone. The gentleman I interacted with was very helpful, polite and efficient. The order was placed late on a Monday afternoon, and all the goods arrived safely at lunch time on the following Wednesday. I was very pleased with this service.

Excellent support from Ross Bennett of Drainage Online

Part of a product I ordered from Drainage Online was broken on delivery. After informing the company, I received the most remarkable support from Ross Bennett, Depot Operative of Drainage Online. I can't thank him enough for dealing so promptly and professionally with my issue.
