I have had an amazing experience with Jack at T D S . Having had a problem with my Septic Tank, Jack came out and inspected for me, he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, because of his expertise in his field as a Kingspan accredited Installer. He provided me with a professional high quality service. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was done correctly, corresponding with Kingspan on my behalf. He responded quickly and efficiently and explained everything to me at every stage. He handled all the challenges and questions I had, reinforcing that his business cares deep about its clients. Very rude customer service and rude operatives Stuart has people working around schools and police stations with criminal records if one of his employed has been vetted its fine very unprofessional

Jack installed a surface water collection system underneath our patio and followed up with work to investigate and clear a blockage in the downstream pipework. He completed the two phases back to back quickly and efficiently using the latest camera and jetting technology. A new inspection chamber was installed in our car pull-up. All stone and paver cutting was very neatly done. Jack was brilliant at problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions, plus really personable and very hard working. A faultless service at very reasonable prices. I could not be more pleased with his work. Thank you!

Jack and Drainage Surveying Specialists helped us out when we bought our home this year. The drainage report and advice from jack were delivered quickly in a clear and easy to read format. We used the report to negotiate £10k off of our asking price and protect our purchase! Will use again for any further surveys.
