Ed and Jay did a fantastic job excavating our alleyway, fixing our cracked pipework, refilling with concrete and fitting a rat flap. They left the place cleaner than they found it. I have booked for them to come back in a few weeks and fix the front rainwater gully. The whole team were quick to respond and very clear and concise with their quotes. Just the kind of company I like to use. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company, were able to offer next day callout for CCTV survey and turned around the report within 24hrs. All for a reasonable price and with great customer service.

I paid for the express survey service and received the survey less than 24 hours after the drain survey was completed. The drain survey is extensive and clear. Late last year I had the Drainsmart team help with a CCTV review of my drains. The whole process was very smooth and the team were great to deal with. I also obtained a quote to install a drainage gully. When I booked this in a few weeks ago I had really helpful and responsive service from Megan in the office. Drainsmart did an absolutely brilliant job for me a few weeks ago when I found I had a drainage issue. Tony was brilliant at keeping me in the loop from the office and Michael who came out for the visits was such a lovely guy who identified the problem quickly and was back within the week to fix it.

Since the work was completed everything is now all sorted and we haven’t had an issue. I would highly recommend Drainsmart for anyone who wants an honest opinion from an extremely knowledgeable team. These guys aren’t just out to make a quick buck from you or to overcharge you. It feels more like they really want to help you get your issue sorted properly, which seems a rarity these days but I was just so impressed by the company I wanted to write this review.

We used Drain Smart for a CCTV drain scan and quote for works when buying a property and they were efficient, quick, and thorough in their report, survey, and follow up. The sellers were also pleased with their professionalism and it made the process very smooth during negotiations. Highly recommend for diagnostic work. Impeccable service from start to finish at very reasonable prices. I required a CCTV drainage inspection in Bromley and was recommended this company by my structural engineer. Everything went smooth right from the start till finish. A very comprehensive report was sent outlining clearly the observations, the risks and the conclusion along with a breakdown of recommended actions showing estimated costs. Prior to purchasing a property we requested Drainsmart to perform a CCTV inspection. There were some questions over access and they gave helpful explanations about what would happen in different eventualities. Following the inspection I had a few questions which they were very quick to respond to. A helpful service.
