This casino known as dkasino, winzy and greenlive.com and also the Blockchain casino. I deposited the relevant amount and they asking for a further R3200 more, which the deposit amount was R1200. They refused to refund me and stole my deposit as well as I have the whole support team chat that said no further deposit needed to be done, and I will get a full refund if I'm not satisfied.

Well to start of with there are to many rules to keep up with so you bound to violate one of them and then the casino won’t payout what you think you’ve won I thought I won 10,000.00 but the casino said I started playing more the 10.00 before the rollover was completed which it should have been. I deposited 30. 00 and they gave me 30.00 at 50x. Which is 1500 and you can only play a max of 10.00 well I played well over that and started playing 12.00. Come to find out that they use the deposit and bonus money x50. The rollover should be based on the money they give you which was 30.00 so instead of playing 1500 I had to play 3000 at 10.00 or less. That’s a lot of rolls so they said I violated the rollover rules and took the 15,000 I won and returned me back to 1100.00. And after that the 1100 went fast to 0 Once they got into my account I know they but a win block on the account cause I couldn’t win anything after they took my winnings what a ripoff this is the 2nd time this has happened.

I'm really not understanding these negative reviews, I have been playing on Drake.eu for well over 2 years now without any problems, I would actually rank them as the most trustworthy social casino I've played on. I have played extensively on all of the major sites: Chumba, Pulsz, High 5, Stake.us, Zula and on every one of these casinos once you have a redemption or your player status reaches a high level they will shut down your RTP for months- sometimes permanently (Stake.us/ Zula). I have not had this issue on Drake.eu, my redemptions went smoothly and I was still able to enjoy the games after withdrawing. Another thing I really like about playing here is that their games are completely different than the other social casinos, all of my other sites have the exact same games and it get's boring very quickly.

I see several negative reviews about having a rollover on bonus spins, but that doesn't bother me in the slightest because this is the only site where I have ever had any decent wins on bonus spins after purchasing coins. Some of the other reviews are about KYC (mine took just a few mins) if you are legit there shouldn't be an issue, these are real prizes and they have to protect themselves too.

Lastly, Drake.eu has (hands down) the best support team I have ever dealt with, every single time, it is very obvious that these people like their jobs. I'm not a person who writes tons of reviews, only when something is great, or when people should be warned. Drake.eu is one of the good ones, so don't put too much weight into player's complaining about spending $100 and not winning anything, or because they can't provide the normal documents. Lol

Guess I should have read reviews prior to playing here. Their payout is a joke. $2500 a week maximum. Then you have to jump through all these hoops to verify your account, and the rules kept changing. They want me to write a letter that states, I allowed these deposits. 🤦‍♀️. This is almost comical. Horrible! These people are so damn rude its disgusting. First I was told to send a utility bill, and debit card. I told them I don't have a utility bill. So they said ok then a bank statement is fine. So I sent all of that. AND Then they said no to make it a PDF, so that was a nightmare. FINALLY got them into PDF then they keep saying they didn't receive them sent them like a million different photos and PDFs. Then they said oh no you have to send the bank statement by using your phone camera. OMG. This is all for a withdrawal. SERIOUSLY. So for verifying your account you're required to send a copy of your ID and utility bill. I sent both requested documents and was told that they don't accept online statements! Ok then I sent a copy of the utility bill then I was told that they cant accept a picture of my ID they need a copy. I then sent a copy only to be told that they want a better quality copy!! Even though all the details on the ID are visible and clear!!! I've been trying to get verified for more than 3 hours honestly it's very frustrating

"Lucklion" Iv been having a Good time playing live roulette. The support team has been good resolving any issues. If ur lucky to withdrawal it takes around 4days to get paid .
